DashDAQ Series II is a product designed for car enthusiasts by car enthusiasts. It offers Customizable Gauges, Data Recording, Diagnostics, Navigation, Performance Calculation, and more all from a high resolution color touch-screen. It Patent Pending technology is so far advanced that competitors will spend years trying to bring their low tech, low resolution cabin monitors to the level of functionality that DashDAQ offers right now.

What is DashDAQ?
DashDAQ is a windshield-mounted cabin monitor that easily installs in seconds. DashDAQ’s unique feature set allows you do many different things all from one screen:

Customizable Information Display

• Display sensor data directly from the factory OBD2 ECU in your car, showing FAR more data than what's available on the factory gauges
• Customize your dashboard with your own background, graphics, and gauge layouts
• Expand your dashboard by adding analog inputs, serial devices, USB Host devices, 3rd party sensors, race acquisition systems, stand-alone ECUs
• Completely replace the factory instrument cluster for hot rods and motor swap projects using one or more DashDAQs'

DashDAQ has six built-in themes that offer different colors and styling for the gauges. Those themes are: Classic, Sport, Neon, Tuner, Night, and Metal.

If you want to change the six original themes or create your own, DashDAQ has a unique gauge skin system that allows you to make your own dashboard. You can also create several different gauge pages in your theme, and switch between them easily. DashDAQ's skin software supports alpha blending so you can use graphics that contain transparency areas. You can design pages that include analog round gauges, digital text boxes, graphs, and more. • Run other Linux-based GPS software, i.e. open platform so you can use more than one brand of navigation software

Kit Description: The GPS Navigation Kit will be sold separately and compatible with all DashDAQ Series II units sold. The GPS navigation kit will include a RS232 GPS module and the Elektrobit GPS Software on an MMC card. This hit is planned to be available March 31st, 2008.
