Introducing the next generation of Reverse Back Up Parking Warning Sensor Alarm by Steel-Mate. These are all complete systems, nothing else is required. Depending on models, these sensors consist of two or four ultra-sonic water-proof sensors, installed by drilling holes into rear plastic bumper with the included holesaw.

A mini-speaker is located inside the vehicle, usually on the rear parcel shelf or the rear pillar on a wagon or SUV.

These units are intended to supplement your use of mirrors and turning of your head when backing up. Drive carefully! Great for cars, vans, trucks and RVs with plastic or metal bumpers.

If you need to paint these sensors, use a very thin film of non-metallic paint. Sensitivity will be impaired but negligibly. Also, all models come w/ proper size light-duty holesaw for plastic bumpers. The hole size that you need to drill to fit these sensors is 25mm.
